Gozo is known as the island of legends... stories that continue to be passed down from one generation to another. Many of them are based on events that happened in the past. Grajjiet Gaudos is a series of 13 dramatized stories based on some of these tales. It is artistically directed by George Mizzi, a veteran producer from Gozo, together with Lino Farrugia and Frederick Testa with 4k cinematic production by CVC media (Malta) under the television direction of George Scicluna.
The series, which features Gozitan artists, has received the support of the Malta Arts Council and the Ministry for Gozo. Through this television project, stories from Gozo's popular history are being documented.
