Farka Farka

The second series of programs, in collaboration with Happy Parenting Malta, produced by CVC media for Television Malta. This is a 24-minute program which is produced in Gozo, focusing on the positive change we want for ourselves and our life. Change happens across time, and needs its time. Everyone has his own pace. It may come across as very hard, but it is still possible, step by step. As the Gozitans word it, FARKA FARKA. We need to be motivated towards change. Hence why individuals, couples, and families, compliment their process of change with psychotherapy sessions. Through this series of programs, we will get to understand what psychotherapy is and how it works.

Solid foundations ensure healthy families and a healthy society. Strengthening our roots through psycho-education, these programs include real experiences related to the theme of the particular program, followed by a discussion with the Family Psychotherapist. The themes vary from relationship dynamics, co-parenting, parental alienation, couples having no children, the reality of old people living in solitude, bullying, stress management, addictions, and mental health.

The program is presented by Mary Gauci, together with the Family Psychotherapist, Karl Wright.
