In August 1999, the Gozitan village of Qala celebrated its parish feast with great pomp. The village was celebrating the first centenary since the parish bought the titular statue representing St.Joseph.

The 180 minute documentary covers religious celebrations as well as the external feast culminating in the placing of a gold and jewel encrusted crown on the figure of St. Joseph, the focal point in the painting over the church`s central altar.
