Gozo's Country Chapels

For hundreds of years, religion has been part of the way of life of Gozitans. Spread all over the island are numerous country chapels. In days gone by, the chapel served the spiritual needs of farmers who lived and worked in the vicinity. Chapels also offered shelter in inclement weather.

The documentary is an in-depth study of the architecture, works of art and legends that are linked to some of these churches.
