In 1995, Citadel Video Communications produced a very successful series of five, thirty minute programmes about The Holy Land.

The documentary programmes were shown on TVM - Malta`s state television network during Holy Week of 1995 and were repeated in 1999.

"Minn Nazaret sa Gerusalemm, fuq il-passi ta` Kristu… elfejn sena wara" literally translate to "From Nazareth to Jerusalem, in the footsteps of Christ… two thousand years later".

The programmes were produced and directed by Alvin Scicluna while the commentary was by Charles Arrigo, a Maltese leading television and radio personality. The documentaries featured Mgr. Lawrence Sciberras, a professor in Biblical Studies who resided in Israel for several years. Mgr. Sciberras reads excerpts from the holy books and explains on location, the connections between the scripture and Holy Land.

The programmes present the many sites associated with Jesus Christ as they appear today. Throughout the years, these places have been depicted in various ways by films and books. Modern travel has today brought these Holy sites within easy reach.

The series is presently being recut into a commentary in English.
